Lights, camera, action! The Woodhaven Theatre Company is kicking off the 2021-2022 season with their version of the Harry Potter themed play “Puffs”. In this play, you see the story’s protagonist Wayne Hopkins, a student at Hogwarts living in Harry Potter’s shadow, try to become the hero of the school. The company has been having practices every day after school in preparation for the show. “The thing that excites me most about this show is that while it is ridiculous and entertaining, it also has life lessons people of all ages can learn,” says WTC senior Emily Briggs. The company will bring the show to the stage starting on November 4th going up to November 6th, and it’s not too late to get involved! Students can still join the crew to help with set design, lighting, props, sound, costumes and so much more. The WTC welcomes anyone willing to help.
