Landon Noe, the starting JV running back for the Woodhaven Warriors, is having an amazing season. Noe has enjoyed the sport of football since he was young, and as he grew up, his love for the game grew with him. As the JV running back, he is a major factor to the team, providing them many opportunities, and scoring many times for this JV team. Noe is always the one hyping the team up and making them laugh even in stressful situations, proving that he is a true leader, and he’s always positive, keeping everyone in check to play their best.
Landon stated, “I think football is really fun, and a part of that is because our team is really good… Over the years I have made big friendships with multiple teammates building the team to be stronger together.” Noe is a really good teammate and friend to everyone, and all of his teammates would say that.
This is what Landon claimed he could do to better himself for the upcoming season: “I should stretch more before the games, then I could eat better food before to be less fatigued and play harder during the game. I also think that the night before I should be sleeping way more than I have been.” Landon thinks that doing all this will benefit his upcoming games to perform even better than he has so far. He has been a strong player this year, but doing these things may help him perform better than ever.
Landon’s pregame rituals are very important to him to stay focused. He said, “Before coming into games I listen to my favorite music to get me focused and hype, then I will drink an energy drink to get me to push harder and lock in.” He says that this plays a major role in how he stays dialed in during intense and stressful moments.
Landon is a hard worker and does everything he can to perform well, but he said, “The practices help me, along with the team, to perform better by preparing against certain plays the other team may run.” The practices help the team to be prepared for the upcoming game. This will overall better the team to be ready for the other team’s game plans.
Landon has had many memorable experiences this season but his favorite as he said was “When Coach Kambervoski did a roundoff after winning a big game.” Coach K is a very fun person, and everybody on the team and whoever has his class will agree.
Lastly, Noe has been playing sports since he can remember, and he thanks his father for his inspiration to play football and always try his hardest. He claimed that “My dad is my biggest inspiration to be the best version of myself” This is amazing because it shows who his inspiration is to play a sport he loves, also it is very important to have inspiration to do something.
