He couldn’t get loans, and the banks were saying no, but he didn’t let that stop him, so he worked 90-hour work weeks to get the money for his dream restaurant. After two years of hard work, he finally opened his first restaurant on Aug. 8, 1996, around 9 p.m., and his dream became a reality.
The restaurant’s success is because of its pretty simple but very effective menu. The menu mainly focuses on their hand-battered chicken fingers. They are always made fresh and crispy on the outside. Their chicken fingers always come with their crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and their famous Raising Cane’s sauce.
