Ralf Cercado is a senior at Woodhaven High School and a student reporter for the school’s newspaper “The Purple Pulse.” He is very involved in the school community as a part of the school’s DCTC Program and represents Woodhaven in the “Health Science II Medical Assisting” program. From Monday to Wednesday, he goes to Henry Ford Hospital in Wyandotte, Michigan, and helps patients with everyday skills from 8-10 A.M. Besides having an obvious interest in the medical field, Cercado loves cars, and sports, and likes to walk his dog, ‘Snoop’. After high school, Cercado plans to attend nursing school, to achieve his dream of becoming a registered nurse. Cercado is a team player who loves to communicate with others and has mutual respect for everyone.
