Gardening is a great way to pass the time and have an overall peaceful experience. For many people, focusing their time on one task is a way to take their minds off of negative thoughts.

Pick the best spot to start your garden, whether it be on a window sill or in a patch in your front yard. In order to get started you will need a shovel, soil, a watering source, and the plant, flower, or veggie of your choice! Easier plants to take care of include daisies, sunflowers, beans, and tomatoes! Go down to your local flower shop and you can find all that you desire!
